2. Information we collect
We may collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, requested resource, coaching answers, booking details, and newsletter choice. We may also record the Terms version, consent date, source, ManyChat identifier, Instagram username, campaign fields, unsubscribe status, IP address, browser type, and basic server logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to deliver requested PDFs and workbooks, send the Weekly Newsletter from Murat Zhandaurov, process unsubscribe requests, manage coaching applications and bookings, provide services, prevent abuse, improve the website, and keep legally required records.
4. Service providers
We use service providers only when needed to operate the website and services. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database records, Resend for email delivery, GoHighLevel for CRM and booking, ManyChat for Instagram automation, and Stripe for payment processing. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.
5. Marketing email and unsubscribe
When you submit a checked Terms box, we record that action and may send the requested material and newsletter described in the Terms. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe method. We may retain a minimal suppression record after unsubscribe so the address is not added again by mistake.
6. Cookies and technical data
We use necessary browser storage and cookies for site functions, sessions, and consent preferences. We may use limited analytics or server logs to understand performance and protect the website. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain consent and suppression records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
