1. Agreement

By accessing zhandaurov.com and booking a coaching session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and clients of 24 25 Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Services

We offer personal coaching sessions in two formats:

• Virtual Coaching — 60-minute session via Zoom · $599
• In-Person Meeting — 60-minute session in Tampa Bay Area, FL · $999

These sessions are personal coaching engagements. They are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

3. Booking & Payment

• All sessions require full payment to confirm your booking.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Your session is confirmed once payment is received and you have selected a time slot on our calendar.
• Session details (link or location) will be sent to the email address provided at booking.

4. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• No refunds are issued once your assessment has been submitted and your session is booked.
• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.
• Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
• If we need to cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or reschedule at your choice.

5. Disclaimer

Coaching services are educational and motivational in nature. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s own efforts and circumstances. Murat Zhandaurov and 24 25 Consulting LLC make no representations or warranties about specific outcomes from coaching sessions. Nothing shared in a session constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. We will not disclose session content to third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 25 Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on zhandaurov.com — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of 24 25 Consulting LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
