This website, free resources, newsletters, and coaching information are operated by ZhanPlan LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the website, submitting a form, or downloading material, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Free resources and newsletter
When you submit an email form with the Terms box checked, we may send the material you requested and the Weekly Newsletter from Murat Zhandaurov. The newsletter may include educational money information and occasional information about resources or coaching. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Education only
All PDFs, workbooks, emails, videos, articles, examples, calculations, market summaries, and stories are general educational information. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, insurance, or real-estate advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, or invest.
4. No professional relationship
Using the website, receiving free material, or joining the newsletter does not create a coach-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship. Paid coaching requires a separate written agreement.
5. Your decisions and risk
Examples may be simplified and may not fit your income, business, taxes, location, goals, or risk tolerance. Markets, rates, laws, prices, and results change. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for checking information and consulting a properly licensed professional when needed.
6. No promised result
We do not promise that any system, habit, calculation, story, coaching program, or strategy will produce a particular financial or business result. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and actions.
7. Sources and third parties
We may summarize or link to public research, news, companies, publishers, tools, or other websites. We do not control third-party information, services, availability, or privacy practices. A link or mention is not an endorsement.
